Hi, my name is Pam!

I opened a fitness studio called, Hiit56, in West Boca Florida in 2015 and have been rocking and rolling ever since.

Hiit56 is my fitness studio but also MY SHOP! The gym is primarily moms, women... strong women and I LOVE THAT! It's a great little spot to sweat and shop!!!

Other than being a mom, fitness and entrepreneurship are my passions. My gym has doing great, but I wanted something complement the gym business. I was looking to expand my goals and do more with my passions- so here I am with a shop, called, Boutique 56. Let's see where it takes me!

I am currently selling my favorite accessories and my line of activewear in this boutique and plan to add to it monthly (maybe weekly!).
